One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bbjl3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. bbjl3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. bbjl3 may suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
Know Your Customer (KYC). bbjl3 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by bbjl3 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbjl3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to notify bbjl3 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
bbjl3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your bbjl3 account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified bbjl3 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
You agree not to allow any other person to use your bbjl3 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or assign your bbjl3 account to another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Accepted Payment Methods. bbjl3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where applicable.
Prohibited Payment Methods. bbjl3 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Currency. All transactions on the bbjl3 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bbjl3 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by bbjl3 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your bbjl3 account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. bbjl3 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. bbjl3 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Funds Ownership. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your bbjl3 account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. bbjl3 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.
bbjl3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

bbjl3 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion. Players who have self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bbjl3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bbjl3 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
bbjl3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bbjl3 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbjl3 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bbjl3 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bbjl3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bbjl3's reasonable control.
bbjl3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bbjl3 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bbjl3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
